Il a fallu 10 jours pour prendre un rendez-vous. Le jour venu ce monsieur ne se présente pas au rendez-vous et ne prévient pas. Je le contacte pour savoir ce qu’il se passe et il me propose une autre date qui ne me convient pas par sms. Depuis impossible de le joindre. Quel professionnalisme !
It took 10 days to schedule an appointment. On the appointed day, this gentleman didn't show up for the appointment and didn't give any warning. I contacted him to find out what was going on, and he offered me another date that didn't work for me via text message. Since then, I've been unable to reach him. What professionalism!
